Tasting Set Includes:
- González Byass Tio Pepe Fino Sherry
Both pale yellow and bone-dry, this biologically-aged sherry displays notes of olive brine, peat, and crushed salt. The mid-palate opens to smoked marcona almonds, wrapped together in a veil of salinity. - Lustau Solera Los Arcos Dry Amontillado Sherry
This dry Amontillado acquires a genuine, rich and nutty flavor through years of aging. Amber in color, with hazelnut aromas on the nose. Light, soft and round on the palate, with a long aftertaste. Aged in American oak casks in the traditional “Solera y Criaderas” system in the Lustau bodegas in Jerez de la Frontera. A better Amontillado would be difficult to find. Serve slightly chilled, between 13-14ºC, (55–57º F) in a white wine glass as an aperitif with nuts or cheese or accompanying soups, mushroom dishes, artichokes, green asparagus or risottos. - Osborne Medium Sherry
Lovely and luminous amber color with green highlights at the rim. Elegant and expansive nose, with a remarkable nutty character mingled with subtle caramel nuances, integrated oak notes in a medium-dry full and voluptuous wine. Superb as an aperitif or following a good meal. Also pairs delightfully with soups, white meat, blue fish and cured cheeses or try it on the rocks with an orange slice.
