How can I place an order?

How you keep us updated about the order?

The order received from you is kept in our ‘Pending zone.’ Once the order is received you can make alterations and update as per your requirements till the status changes to ‘Progression zone.’ No alterations will be entertained in this zone. Upon delivery, we update ‘Delivered’ on our website thus assuring you a successful delivery.

For every delivery, a tracking ID is mentioned which can be used to trace your order.

What happens if the recipient is unavailable at the time of order delivery?

Our outlet will take action according to the situation:-

Our delivery outlet will call recipient and schedule an appropriate delivery time.

If recipient unavailable at the time of order delivery then our delivery outlet will leave note at recipient’s door asking them to contact the outlet to reschedule the order delivery.

If the product is perishable item, then our delivery outlet will leave the package with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient’s door with this information.

Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home or left at front door.


Why do you need to substitute sometimes?

Due to availability constraints of certain products, certain situations may arise when the ordered product is unavailable. Every effort will be made to preserve the style and color scheme of the arrangement and substitutions will only be made with items of equal or higher value.
