• Tuscany: Molino di Sant’Antimo PerPaolo Cabernet Sauvignon
  Cabernet Sauvignon can improve for decades and remain drinkable for a century. It has well defined aroma. This is characterized by a smell of violets, blackcurrant, cedar and spice. the grapes are more often dominated by aromas of chocolate, ripe jammy berries, oak, pepper and earth. There is, however, a great deal of variation in flavor depending on seasonal weather and bottle age. Nonetheless this wine retains a remarkable ability to be recognizably Cabernet.
• Piedmont: Bricco dei Guazzi Barbera d’Asti
  Intense ruby red with enveloping and complex aromas, well balanced with the alcohol component. The nose first releases notes of ripe cherry, plum, violet and spices. At taste it is vibrant, with elegant and silky tannins that emerge in the mouth and complex the olfactory sensations. Excellent acidity, characteristic of the variety.
• Abruzzo: Tenuta Ulisse Sogno di Ulisse Montepulciano d’Abruzzo
  Ruby red color with purplish reflections. The nose shows layers of plum and red cherry aromas, with blueberry, blackcurrant and savoury red fruits. Medium bodied, softly textured and with great fruit intensity.
• Tuscany: Borgo Scopeto Chianti Classico
  Dark ruby red. Bouquet is full and intense but at the same time sweet and fruity, with hints of black soft fruit. Pleasant overtone of noble wood, vanilla and cocoa and a surprising cherry finish. Dry, firmly structured, austere and elegant on the palate; well balanced. Excellent persistence of the flavor on the palate.
